Plotting bar graphs with standard error bars in R

In this video, you will learn how to plot bar graphs for the main factors and the interaction term. Here I shall start from the previous video on two way repeated measures analysis. In previous video analysis for two way repeated measures were performed with a mean comparison test for treatment factors. For the mean comparison test, we also used the Kruskal Wallis test for main factors as well as for interaction terms. In this video, we shall use Kruskal mean comparisons component from the Kruskal test to plot bar graphs.
This video will include:
  • Plotting bar graphs for individual factors with standard error bars
  • Plotting interaction bar graph with factor categories
